In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to take it back and issue a full refund. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving undamaged items. If the refund is a result of a faulty item or an error on our behalf, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In this case you must email a copy/photo of the tracked postage receipt.

National orders will ship each week as tracked business post – special rate of *€7.99 Ireland, Northern Ireland (subject to change).

International orders ship via An Post Registered and tracked post only. Postage charges are as per An Post website - charges
quoted included the cost of shipping, cost of packaging and other fees associated with International Shipping. We may over quote from time to time and should a situation arise where we have charged you too much, a refund will be sent to you. Unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges.

Moonstone Gifts will not be held responsible for any additional charges that may arise with Customs etc. This is at the expense of the buyer and we would ask you to make yourself aware of your countries rules and regulations before placing an order. Please also note there are product restrictions within countries so please be aware of these. No refunds on orders that have been stopped by customs or any other delays. Replacements and refunds only apply when a item arrives faulty or not fit for purpose intended. Photos of packaging and broken items must be provided before and replacement or refund is issued.
Moonstone Gifts has no control over packages once they leave the premises, therefore we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or significantly delayed but we will assist you in any way possible to track your order.
