Returns Policy

In an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to take it back and issue a full refund. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving undamaged items. If the refund is a result of a faulty item or an error on our behalf, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In this case you must email a copy/photo of the tracked postage receipt.

If you need to return an item, please email moonstonegiftshop@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once we have confirmed details of return process with you, you may proceed to return the item.

Pricing

All prices on the website includes VAT unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for all other VAT, Customs fees etc that you maybe subject to in your country. Please research what fees these maybe as Moonstone Gifts will not be held responsible for these extra charges (if any).

Shipping

Ireland & Northern Ireland

We deliver to all counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Our deliveries to Ireland & Northern Ireland are shipped with An Post or Fastway - All Northern Ireland orders will be send via Fastway courier. You will receive an email from Moonstone Gifts on the day you order ships along with a tracking number.

Orders usually take between 2-4 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend and during sale times where orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

We are unable to ship liquids, aerosols, flammable products and products with batteries internationally.

Please be aware depending on your order value and destination country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and customs duties on receipt of your order. Moonstone Gifts cannot accept liability for these charges. Please be aware of your countries rules before placing an order, as orders will not refunded based on unknown taxes & duties. You are responsible for any other charges once the order leaves Ireland.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, duty fees and other fees relating to purchasing a product from Ireland. Please check with your countries laws with regards to import fees BEFORE placing an order, as Moonstone Gifts will not be responsible for any fees incurred after the order is shipped from our location in Ireland.

No refunds on orders that have been stopped by customs or any other delays. Replacements and refunds only apply when a item arrives faulty or not fit for purpose intended. Photos of packaging and broken items must be provided before and replacement or refund is issued.

Moonstone Gifts has no control over packages once they leave the premises, therefore we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or significantly delayed but we will assist you in any way possible to track your order.

Please note that during busy times, such as the Christmas season, shipping may take a little longer.
